The Pantalena Mechanical Workshop was born in 1970 from an idea of ​​Pantalena Gaetano. A man who emigrated from Southern Italy with the intention of revolutionizing his life.

He decided to create a product that only he could have, in order to lay the foundations for his future, so he specialized in slitters and rewinders, beginning to make himself known in the complex field of mechanics in northern Italy.

It all started from a humble cellar, but soon realized that he needed a much larger space, so all his ambitions could fit there.

In 1984, together with his son-in-law Mombrini Gianbattista, who had recently joined the company, he decided to expand the business and the production area. They made a leap in quality and professionalism that put them in the spotlight of the entrepreneurial scene of northern Italy.

Unfortunately, things do not always go as expected, in fact the request for slitters and rewinders became less frequent, so Mr. Pantalena and Mr. Mombrini decided that they could not focus only on a specific job, on the contrary, they had to make sure that anyone in the field of mechanical engineering had to approach them.

 

 

So they took the decision to specialize in mechanical processing, becoming in a few years two of the main exponents of the sector, making their professionalism and their workshop available to anyone.

 

 

 

 

What my grandfather did to get to where we are is now an inspiration to everyone. It is the classic example of "We must not look back, or even worse to the sides, we must look forward and create something new every day".

 

 

 

His perseverance, his desire to do things, his professionalism, his tenacity is the greatest legacy he could leave us.

With the passing of the baton between Mr. Pantalena and Mr. Mombrini, and with the advent of modern technology, Mr. Mombrini brought an epochal revolution in his business, completely updating its fleet, passing from traditional machine tools to multifunctional numerical control machines.

 

 

This change inevitably led to the exponential growth of the Officina Meccanica Pantalena.

Within a few years, thanks to his great experience in the sector and his professionalism, Mr. Mombrini takes its business to the top, boasting a credibility and esteem that few people could have.
